存命のアメリカ大統領経験者が一堂に会して、息子 Bushが地元の大学に創建した「Bush Library」会館を祝した時の記事。

このLibrary(図書館というわけではないのかな。The library will house a trove of more than 43,000 artifacts from Bush’s administration)は2億5,000万ドルというすごいもの。(写真参照)

集まった5名の会は、“The World’s Most Exclusive Club” とい称されるとのこと。各大統領の婦人(First Lady)も参集。

父ブッシュは、最近 気管支炎で入院したようだけど元気に出席。

息子ブッシュは、大統領退任後はテキサスに隠っているのだけど、これから少しずつ人前に出てくるのかもしれません。
